Short, fun training sessions specifically for puppies
Encourage your puppy to carry anything and everything to you. If it’s something they shouldn’t have, praise them for carrying it to you and swap it for a game with a puppy rabbit ball instead. This way you teach them that bringing things to you is a positive thing and lots of fun! They will carry this into adulthood where they will happily bring things to you and give them up rather than running off with things, chewing things, or guarding them.
All of our training toys are used for training. This means supervised engagement training games. They are not intended as a chew toy or for free access and shouldn’t be used as such.
