1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made via www.thespanielschool.com.

The Spaniel School is operated by: Rebecca Todd of The Spaniel School

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Placing an Order

When you place an order:

  • You are offering to purchase goods from us.

  • A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary (e.g., pricing errors, stock issues).

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£).

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout.

If a pricing error occurs, we are not obliged to honour incorrect prices.

4. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Risk passes to you once goods are delivered to the address provided.

If delivery fails due to incorrect details provided by you, additional charges may apply.

5. Returns & Cancellation

Your rights to cancel and return goods are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy (see below).

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Product Use & Responsibility

All products sold by The Spaniel School must be used responsibly and under appropriate supervision.

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring products are suitable for your dog

  • Supervising your dog during use

  • Using training equipment correctly and safely

We are not liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse of products.

7. Training Advice & Information

Any training advice provided (via website content, guides, emails, or social media):

  • Is general guidance only

  • Is not a substitute for professional behavioural assessment

  • May not be suitable for every dog

You remain fully responsible for your dog’s behaviour and welfare at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, and imagery remain the property of The Spaniel School and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
