A dummy is simply a training toy designed to teach your dog how to fetch, carry and bring something back to you.
Start by encouraging your dog to pick up the All Weather Dummy inside in a corridor. Give them lots of praise for carrying it to you and don’t rush to take it off them straight away. When you do get it off them, lots of praise and keep it fun! Don’t ask for a sit and wait just yet. Keep it full of energy. As their confidence grows, you can gradually increase the distance and introduce different environments, including shallow water.
This product is designed for interactive retrieving and training. Do not leave unsupervised or allow chewing. Always supervise your dog during use and regularly inspect the toy for signs of damage.
